Purchasing FAQ – Radar Sensor
The purchasing, shipping and warranty questions we are asked most often — send your requirement for a quotation within 1 business day.
What is the price of Radar Sensor?
Factory wholesale price for Radar Sensor is USD 45–260 per unit depending on model, specifications and configuration. Send your requirement list or project BOQ and we will quote within 1 business day. Prices are ex-works China and exclude freight and import duties.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We accept one-piece orders so you can test a single unit. Wholesale pricing applies from 10 units or one full container load.
Are the products in stock and what is the lead time?
Standard models are in stock and are dispatched in 10–15 days after the deposit is received. OEM/ODM batches with custom branding or special specifications normally take 20–30 days.
What certifications do Baroxon products have?
Production follows ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, and the products carry ISO 9001, SGS and EWC certifications. Third-party factory inspection before shipment is welcome.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment, with production photos and a test video supplied before the balance payment.
What warranty and after-sales service is included?
Every unit ships with a 1-year official warranty, spare parts available for at least 5 years, and online technical support for installation and commissioning. Extended project warranty is available on request.
Do you offer OEM/ODM customisation?
Yes. We customise logo, housing colour, boom length, control program, packaging and manuals for OEM/ODM orders, and can manufacture under your own brand.
Do you ship to the UAE and other GCC countries?
Yes, we ship worldwide including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain by sea or air freight, with export-standard packing for container and LCL shipments.
How does the radar sensor stop the boom closing on a vehicle?
The 77–81 GHz millimetre-wave sensor detects vehicles up to 6 m away with a ±60° azimuth field of view and holds the barrier open until the lane is clear. It provides relay and RS485 outputs and can replace a ground induction loop.
